Discussion between the Governor of Western Province and the Cey – Nor Foundation
A bilateral understanding was reached with Air Marshal Roshan Gunathilaka, Governor of Western Province, to do all the work of Western Provincial Ministries with Cey-Nor Foundation Limited.
A group of people including Cey-Nor President Dr. Dulan Hettiarachchi, Chief Secretary of Western Province joined the occasion.
